Online purchases made through the Site are valid for a refund within 7 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Trends Collab. Customers are financially responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back. Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless upon the rare occasion of a discrepancy with your order. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Trends Collab warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Trends Collab and will be shipped back.
